Terms of use

All handmade items are for personal use only. You may not resell, copy, etc. products or items without first consulting me via email. Giving to another as gifts are okay.

Products created by other brands, companies, etc. have their own policies of use. It is up to you to research these policies and act accordingly.

fulfilling orders

Orders will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment. So if your payment is pending, your order will not be fulfilled until the transaction has been completed. Once the payment is received, I will try my hardest to ship within 1-3 days, but keep in mind that weekends, and life events sometimes delay. You will be notified of any major delays.

District tax

The customer is required to pay any additional applicable district/local taxes on shipped items. I do not collect district/local taxes.

Disclaimer

No two items are alike! There may be variances in items and products. Handmade products are just that, handmade! Meaning they may be subject to imperfections, however, I try to create and sell as good a products as I can make!

Seasonal Items

I will try to get any seasonal items to you as soon as possible, however, arrival before a holiday is not guaranteed. The terms "seasonal" and "holiday" include but are not limited to: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, etc.

Product measurements

Products are measured to the best of my ability. Products in packages (such as those in supplies) are measured by package, not by actual product. This is so it can be fit into the right shipping packages.

Returns and refunds

I want you to love your product! But in case you don't:
Regular orders can be returned, unused, unaltered, and undamaged, in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving. Please notify me by email before the return. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s). Refunds issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or altered.

Special orders are non-returnable.

While these policies are firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.

Your information will never be sold or given away unless required by law.
