The artist

Yolanda (Yoli) started out in the world of mixed media technically since she was a kid, but didn't really get into it until February 2016, when it really started to make sense. She opened her first Instagram account under the name Yisavey (a partial combination of her first and middle name) thinking that's all it'd amount to. Now she has opened her store in 2018! She continues to evolve her work, and hopes to become a full time mixed media artist! 

The wife and mom

Amidst the artist within, is the wife and mom. Yolanda is wife to a very patient and supportive husband, as well as mom to three boys ages 5, 3, and 2 (as of December 2018). She also works full time (actually overtime!) and is amazed she hasn't yet gone crazy (though it could still happen!). She likes writing, reading, birding, playing soccer (she played for 12 years), and sitting at cafes drinking soy mochas and reading. One day, she vows she'll have her own art studio where toddler hands can't reach all her creative chaos!
